Film is not entertainment. It is a structured process with a clear outcome.
In just two weeks, participants:
- develop the ability to achieve results within deadlines;
- take responsibility for a defined role;
- work in a professional team structure;
- strengthen communication and leadership skills;
- build creative and strategic thinking.
Each participant becomes part of a real production process:
scriptwriting, directing, acting, cinematography, editing.
A finished film is the visible result.
Confidence and maturity are the lasting ones.
